Food trucks have become Sydney’s flight of fancy.
Forget hot dogs and pies, Sydney’s food trucks are delivering treats to make foodies swoon, like Monster Roll’s eight-hour slow-cooked chilli braised beef on a freshly baked baguette. For the first time food trucks have been given a ticket to Sydney Airport’s ripe market that includes more than 150,000 passengers, staff and visitors each day.
